Rotary International Project Fair Program
We are honored to invite you to participate in the Rotary International humanitarian projects fair.
Host countries for the Fair: Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Peru. An invitation has been extended to other Rotary International districts to participate, making it one of Rotary's largest Humanitarian Project Fairs.

To register your project, simply access the link www.rotaryprojectsfair.org. Projects will be limited to a value of $70,000 (seventy thousand) dollars, and cannot exceed this value, so that you can more easily find support for your projects.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PROJECTS PER DISTRICT;
Each district may register a maximum of 5 (five) projects on the site.
Only projects that are 100% based within the focus areas will be accepted.
Fair program (Subject to modifications as needed by the organizers)
Date: August 25th.
8:00 a.m., registration of representatives.
8:30 a.m., opening ceremony, with speeches by representatives of the fair.
9:00 hours, presentation of projects, first part.
12:00 pm, lunch break.
2:00 PM, second part of project presentation.
5:00 PM, end of the first day.
Date: August 26.
8:30 a.m., registration of representatives.
9:00 a.m., presentation of projects between representatives to request support from FDD/FDUC.
9:00 – 12:00 hours, registration of mutual support agreements between districts.
12:00 pm, closing ceremony.
12:30 pm, closing of the fair.
