Rotary International Projects Fair Program

We are honored to invite you to participate in the Rotary International Humanitarian Projects Fair.

Host countries of the Fair ; Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru. Invitation extended to the other Rotary International districts to participate, making it one of the largest Rotary Humanitarian Project Fairs.

REGISTER YOUR PROJECT ;

To register your project, just go to the link: www.rotaryprojectsfair.org

Projects will be limited to a value of US$70,000, without exceeding this amount, so that you can more easily find the sponsor of your projects.

MAXIMUM LIMIT OF PROJECTS PER DISTRICT;

Each district may register a maximum number of 5 (five) projects on the website.

Only projects that are 100% based within the areas of interest will be accepted.

PROJECT REGISTRATION FEE;

For each project registered on the site, a fee of U$20.00 (twenty) dollars will be charged.

U$30.00 (thirty) dollars will also be charged for the legal representative of the district or club that will participate with the projects. This fee will be charged to cover the costs of the show and the website. Payment to be made at the fairgrounds in dollars of the day.

DATES FOR PRESENTATION OF PROJECTS;

On August 28, starting at 1:00 p.m., Brazil time, the presentation of the projects will begin. On August 29 we will have a presentation of the projects in the morning. In the afternoon, we will work so that you can find the international sponsor for your project.

PROJECT PRESENTATION;

For each project, a time of 5 (five) minutes will be reserved so that the legal representative can present their project to all the district delegates who may sponsor their project.

REPRESENTATIVE AND PROJECTS;

Only persons qualified and authorized by the governor or district Rotary Foundation committee chair will be accepted to advocate for the project. If a club representative participates in the project presentation, they must have the governor's authorization.
