This project aims to sponsor professional and practical courses, according to the interests of the target audience and the needs of the job market, for women in vulnerable situations, so that they can increase their opportunities to enter and/or remain in the job market, in order to achieve better living conditions for their children and themselves. At the same time, professional training courses, basic computer courses and other post-secondary or parallel courses in basic education will be sponsored for adolescents in situations of family, economic or educational vulnerability, providing the target audience with new perspectives and opportunities for personal and professional growth. The courses will be offered in the cities of Rio Pardo and Encruzilhada do Sul - Rio Grande do Sul - through a partnership and joint work of the two proposing Rotary Clubs. The Rotary Club of Rio Pardo Tranqueira Invicta and the Rotary Club of Encruzilhada do Sul, both headquartered in cities in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul, have some similar characteristics, such as many families in vulnerable situations due to a lack of qualifications, opportunities and even motivation to work in order to provide better living conditions for their children. Another common problem is the fact that many teenagers, upon finishing high school, do not have the financial means to continue their studies and find good job opportunities. There is also a portion of young people and teenagers who do not complete basic education and worsen the vulnerability of their families. It is understood that empowering mothers, improving their self-esteem and their qualifications for work, will have an impact on their families. And as a preventative measure, offering qualification opportunities to teenagers, male or female, in vulnerable situations, creates new and better opportunities for the target audience.

Target audience: 40 women in vulnerable situations. 100 teenagers: those in primary school, with no prospects of continuing their studies in the coming years, young people who have not completed high school or who have completed it but are not well prepared for the job market. The division of the number of students for each city will be decided by mutual agreement between the two clubs, according to demand and possibilities.
