Our main objective is to train girls through courses in creative sewing and fashion, using jeans as raw material. We want to promote their self-reliance, confidence and creativity, while addressing crucial topics such as gender equality, health, entrepreneurship and citizenship. In doing so, we not only empower these young women, but also create a sustainable social and economic impact in their communities. The project unfolds in several stages, from fashion and design workshops to entrepreneurship and body expression courses. Through these activities, girls not only acquire technical skills, but also develop personal and professional skills essential for success. In addition, the project encourages partnerships with schools, higher education institutions, local companies and entities, ensuring a transversal approach and a wide support network. A fundamental part of the success of our project is the collaboration with Fundo Social de Solidariedade and SEBRAE, which provide facilities, technical guidance and support in entrepreneurial training. In addition, we count on the involvement of schools, educational institutions and community members, all contributing to the growth and sustainability of the project. By the end of the project, our vision is for these empowered girls to become agents of change in their communities. We hope they feel confident in pursuing continuing professional education opportunities, innovate in the local marketplace and become inspiring leaders, breaking down gender barriers and shaping a prosperous future for themselves and their communities.
