Acquisition of adapted toy kits for implementation in the institution's existing park, which today does not have access that allows integration between people with physical, intellectual and/or autism disabilities. This project guarantees the accessibility and inclusion of people with disabilities, through accessible structures, producing changes in their development, reflecting on their well-being in their lives. Despite the legislative advances in the rights of people with disabilities, there is still an abyss between theory and practice. Thus, it cannot currently be said that the right to leisure is guaranteed to all people, since the lack of accessibility violates the right of people with disabilities to enjoy it equally. In this way, it is necessary to observe specific guarantees that provide people with disabilities with the same opportunities and effectively promote equality, not only in the normative scope, but mainly in social life. The project aims to find ways to guarantee the right to accessible leisure for people with disabilities, offering real and efficient options so that they can enjoy an accessible park, which provides happiness and contributes to their development.
