The proposed project aims to train 70 women in situations of social vulnerability, promoting their insertion into the formal job market and contributing to the promotion of their social and economic inclusion, making them multipliers in the defense of their rights and breaking the cycle of domestic violence. Professional training courses and psychological support will be offered to the participants, essential for empowerment and overcoming trauma.
