In the city of Fray Bentos, it is projected in an empty square in a neighborhood of working people and retirees, decorating it with children's games for all ages and inclusive, and making spaces for adolescents and adults. Infrastructure works will be carried out in the square, with trees (including native species) and a station with solar panels to allow, for example: heating water for mate or recharging electronic devices. This space will serve to encourage outdoor games, as a factor for the development of a healthy life. As there are primary schools, preschools and secondary schools in the neighborhood, it will also be used by neighborhood institutions. On the other hand, the appropriation of the space for the neighbors and the eradication of conflict management in the vacant place.

The target population is the housing complexes: JC 6, JC 10, JC14, Fray Bentos I,II,III,IV,VI,VII,VIII and IX,COVIVU, COVISIN 6,ExObreros de Botnia neighborhood,El Delfin neighborhood. This makes a total of 2,500 people, but the square can be used by the entire population of the city of approximately 30,000 inhabitants.
