Rotary International Project Fair Program

We are honored to invite you to participate in the Rotary International Humanitarian Projects Fair.

Host countries: Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Peru. Other Rotary International districts are invited to participate, making this one of Rotary's largest Humanitarian Project Fairs.

To register your project, simply visit www.rotaryprojectsfair.org. Projects will be limited to a value of $70,000 (seventy thousand) dollars, but cannot exceed this value, so you can more easily find support for your projects.

MAXIMUM LIMIT OF PROJECTS PER DISTRICT;

Each district may register a maximum of 5 (five) projects on the site.
Only projects that are 100% based on the focus areas will be accepted.

Fair program (Subject to changes due to organizational needs)

Date September 3rd.

8:00 a.m., registration of representatives.

8:30 a.m., opening ceremony, with remarks from representatives of the fair.

9:00 a.m., project presentation, part one.

12:00 pm, lunch break.

2:00 p.m., project presentation, part two.

5:00 p.m., closing of the first day.

Date: September 4th.

8:30 a.m., registration of representatives.

9:00 a.m., project presentations among representatives to request support from FDD/FDUC.

9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., registration of mutual support agreements between districts.

12:00 pm, closing ceremony.

12:30 p.m., closing of the fair.
