The main objective is to provide the Dr Ramón Carrillo Municipal Hospital (the only one in the town) with a state-of-the-art institutional ultrasound machine, due to the fact that the current equipment has become obsolete and does not provide quality images for accurate diagnoses. The Roque Pérez district has 14,032 inhabitants, according to the 2022 census, and these are the beneficiaries of this project.
