Participation requirements
- If the participant is not a District Governor and will be attending on behalf of their district, they must present a power of attorney or letter of representation signed by the District Governor.
- The registration of each project at the International Rotary Projects Fair has a one-time cost of R$ 320.00 reais , equivalent to approximately USD 60 .
- The project registration fee must be paid directly on the project platform .
- There is no longer an additional cost per exhibitor. The only cost related to project registration is the project registration fee on the platform.
- Projects that are not registered and have not had their payment confirmed on the platform will not be able to participate in the FDD/FDUC support request to other districts.

1. Sponsoring District Commitment Term
This document should be used when a district confirms its commitment to sponsor, support, or contribute resources to a project presented at the fair.
2. Power of Representation
This document should be used when a person officially represents a district during the Rotary International Projects Fair.
